Description of the activity
Do you dream of understanding more about wines?! Here’s what you will learn: First session – You will discover the different winemaking techniques, be surprised by organic, natural, and biodynamic wines. An overview of trendy wines, from white to orange. You will taste two wines blind. Second session – You will learn to distinguish DOCG, DOC, and IGT, exploring how the territory influences wine. You will discover the three phases of a wine tasting: visual, olfactory, and gustatory. You will taste three wines blind. Third session – You will explore the world of sparkling wines and the secrets of sparkling wine production, from the Charmat Method to the Traditional Method. You will taste three sparkling wines blind. Fourth session – You will discover food and wine pairings and the techniques to enhance flavors through contrasts and analogies. You will taste three wines paired with dishes.
