This session will focus entirely on France’s main wine regions: Burgundy, Champagne, Alsace, Loire, Rhône, and Bordeaux, with an in-depth look at the key grape varieties and appellations of each area. Additionally, you will taste three wines: - Pouilly Fumé AOC 2022 Domaine Nicolas Gaudry - Chablis AOC 2022 Domaine des Genèves - Côtes Du Rhône St. Esprit 2022 The wines will be paired with artisanal taralli, breadsticks, and potato focaccia.
