The La Scolca® estate was purchased in 1919 by the Soldati family. It was a great intuition to plant Cortese vineyards in an area suited to the cultivation of red berries. Production became a technical and entrepreneurial activity. The company always adheres to the same principle: the great wine comes from the vineyard, to which the most careful and scrupulous care must be dedicated. The portrait of the philosophy of La Scolca is found in a glass of Gavi Black Label, the most representative example of aesthetic purity, formal perfection and care for detail.
