Winelivery and Academia guide you to discover the vast universe of enology with three video courses of 7 episodes each on the Acadèmia platform! Different figures will accompany us on this journey for novices through the essential aspects of the art of oenology. The first installment is dedicated to Italian red wines: it is a journey aimed at discovering what is behind the process of making a red wine, and then moving on to an analysis of the territory, grape varieties and iconic wines of the regions that are most distinguished for the production of great red wines. The second chapter is aimed at exploring the world of sparkling wines, both Italian and French, so as to understand the main production methods involved, the various production areas and the characteristics that these two elements together are able to impart to the final product.. And finally, to conclude properly, a special module will be dedicated to Italian white wines. Acadèmia is the first Italian e-learning platform entirely dedicated to the world of cooking and offers a wide range of thematic courses taught by the greatest exponents of Italian and soon international cuisine.
